MostynCopper acted as Project Manager for the development of this greenfied site at Melbourne Airport on behalf of AirRoad. The Distribution & Logistics facility covers 12,000 square meters and includes a single level head office space. MostynCopper managed all aspects of the project including coordination with APAM (Developer), airport authority management and design and procurement.
