The Shrimptons Creek Landowners Site (Macquarie Park) is being progressed as a large-scale residential-led precinct under the State Significant Development (SSD) pathway, within the framework of the NSW Government’s Housing Delivery Authority (HDA). The project seeks to unlock a strategically located urban renewal opportunity, delivering a high-density mixed-use outcome supported by integrated infrastructure, public domain, affordable housing and transport connectivity within the Macquarie Park corridor.

MostynCopper is engaged to lead the initial coordination of the SSD planning process, including procurement and management of the full consultant team and coordination of SEARs request and response. This includes establishing the project governance framework, managing technical studies, coordinating early design and yield testing, and integrating consultant inputs to form a robust and commercially aligned planning submission.
