As part of the Director’s commitment to people development, each year, MostynCopper selects a small group of young and high potential Project Managers to engage in eight intensive sessions of self-development where they are challenged to think about the way they work and how they can adapt this to achieve the most for themselves, teammates and clients. The programme, developed specifically for the needs of MostynCopper and run by an external facilitator, is a combination of group interaction, one on one counselling and individual self-directed learning.
