MostynCopper is supporting Lewis Land Group with the delivery of Sovereign Rise, a master-planned Land Lease Community (Manufactured Home Estate) forming part of the broader Sovereign Hills community.

Stage 1 of the project delivers 135 individual manufactured home sites across a 9ha parcel zoned R1 General Residential at Barton Ridge East (Barton Valley), Thrumster, with sites averaging 250–260m² across two civil stages comprising 60 lots (Stage 1, western portion) and 75 lots (Stage 2, eastern portion).

The project has been progressed under DA 2024/870 with Port Macquarie-Hastings Council, with site preparation works previously advanced under DA2017/476.

In addition to the residential component, the project delivers a Community Facilities precinct in the north-western corner of the site as a Stage 1 DA deliverable, comprising a Main Clubhouse (~765m²), Wellness Centre (~545m²) and outdoor recreation areas.
