MostynCopper was engaged by Australian Unity to provide project management services to the redesign, development and delivery of the new vertical retired living and aged care village in Auchenflower, Brisbane. The village comprises an 84- Bed aged care and a 105- apartment independent living development across three buildings including 2 level underground basement carparks and Ground Floor Communal Amenities. Mostyn Copper’s involvement to date has included, appointing the design team, developing the design from concept to detailed design, preparation of Council application for an amendment to an existing approved DA, resolving the baseline development feasibility to achieve a highest and best use and value engineering.
