MostynCopper is supporting Pariter in the delivery of the Cumberland Country Golf Club redevelopment, a major seniors living and social infrastructure precinct positioned on the northern edge of the existing course at Greystanes. The masterplan delivers a new integrated community comprising 226 independent living units (across six buildings), a new clubhouse, wellness amenities, supporting car parking, and a future 38-72 bed residential aged care facility.

The project received State Significant Development Approval (SSDA) in Apri 2025 and is now transitioning from design into procurement and staged delivery. Three S4.55 modifications are being advanced to optimise unit mix, amend the clubhouse façade, and increase aged care bed capacity and building height – with associated design, tender documentation and staging to be progressed concurrently to maintain commencement timeframes. Staged delivery structure with live-environment interface, MostynCopper leading planning, procurement and contract administration through ILU, clubhouse and aged-care phases.
