MostynCopper was engaged to provide full project life cycle Project Management and Superintendent services including feasibility and concept, design development, SSD preparation and approval, procurement and construction delivery for the Winx Stand.

The Winx Stand is a large two storey, multi-purpose facility to cater for race day and non-race day events such as banquettes, conferences, expos and weddings. The facility was designed to achieve Greenstar ratings with finishes of a quality expected of Australia’s premier racing facility. The project was delivered within a live environment, on time and on budget.
