MostynCopper was appointed by SINSW to lead the Design & Delivery phases for a new build, state-of-the-art teaching block.

Project scope included a new, three storey teaching block with large undercroft area; a purpose built library, refurbishment of existing administration block, COLA and removal of 14 existing demountables and 14 new teaching spaces supporting a future focused learning pedagogy and flexible learning environments.

New landscaping was required to create playing fields, with the project overcoming key challenges including the remediation of asbestos contaminated soils. All works were coordinated and managed within a live school environment, with the safety of students and staff being the highest priority throughout.
