MostynCopper is supporting Link Wentworth with the redevelopment of 1-17 Barrett Avenue, a strategically important seniors living project approved by the Sydney North Planning Panel. The project comprises demolition of eight dwellings, subdivision into two Torrens-title lots and delivery of three two-storey independent living buildings providing 48 high-quality units, alongside associated civil and infrastructure works. The proposal was progressed through a comprehensive State-led assessment pathway, including engagement with Hornsby Shire Council and successful approval of a Claude 4.6 variation.

With planning approvals secured, the project is transitioning into delivery under a precinct/lead-contractor framework aligned with the Development Brokers & Precincts Authority (DBPA) model. This includes seed-contract negotiations, detailed construction staging, resident engagement protocols and live-environment operational planning.
