Located along the Sydney Metro Northwest Urban Corridor, QIC’s masterplan seeks to transform the Castle Towers precinct into a world-class lifestyle destination leveraging the existing shopping centre and surrounding landholdings. “The Village” precinct is the first stage of this masterplan incorporating the DA approved redevelopment of 31,000sqm of retail with Commercial and Hotel developments above.

The Commercial Tower captures circa 16,500sqm NLA supporting the future job growth within the Castle Hill precinct and is the initial stage of supporting future planning outcomes for the balance of the QIC landholdings at Castle Hill.

The Hotel includes 191 rooms incorporating hospitality offers, a live entertainment venue and conferencing facilities. The redevelopment is an integral stage of the overall masterplan for the precinct.
