MostynCopper was engaged to project manage the planning, design and procurement phases and being a joint venture between the local Council and State Government, the project required significant stakeholder management to ensure expectations were aligned and managed.

The facility includes basketball courts, spectator seating, administration spaces, basement car parking and a café. The facility is used by the school during the day and the community in the evening. The construction was managed in a live environment.
