Representing the interests of Schneider Electric, MostynCopper was engaged to manage and deliver Schneider Electric’s National Office Rollout in Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth with the commercial spaces varying in size from 1,500 sqm to 8,000 sqm.

Scope across the sites varied, with MostynCopper acting as the Principal’s Representative in the administration / management for Agreements for Lease (AFL), managing key stakeholder engagement and design management, securing approval pathways, cost plan management, programme management, ECI and Head Contractor procurement and management of specialist consultants for the Project.

Schneider’s Sydney and Adelaide Offices were complete in 2020 with Brisbane and Perth completing in 2023.
