MostynCopper were appointed by Loreto Kirribilli to lead the planning, design, procurement and construction phase of St Joseph’s Stage 1A, involving the refurbishment of the middle two levels of an existing four-storey building.

The works delivered additional classrooms, new staff offices and a new student reception and clinic to support the school’s operational requirements. The primary objective was to ensure the building was operational and available for student occupation on Day 1, Term 1, aligning with the school’s return to full capacity.
