MostynCopper has been engaged to represent the interests of AMPOL Australia in project managing the development of three major twin highway service centres:

  • Pheasant’s Nest Northbound / Southbound M31 Hume Highway
  • Wyong Northbound / Southbound M1 Pacific Motorway
  • Eastern Creek Eastbound and Westbound M4 Western Motorway

These projects require strong stakeholder management with direct interface between AMPOL and Transport for NSW through the management of the Project Delivery Agreement (PDA) between the two parties. MostynCopper’s role is to manage the PDA, develop overall designs, guide Development Applications through the Regional Planning Panel, manage design progression, secure approval pathways, oversee cost plan and programme management, conduct a consultant, ECI and Head Contractor procurement process and manage work implementation at each site. AMPOL Pheasant’s Nest Northbound and Southbound were operational by August 2023, Wyong April 2024 with Eastern Creek expected to be operational July 2025.
