Representing the interests of AMPOL Australia, this project involved the design and delivery of a commercial fit out over four floors including retail offerings on the ground floor. MostynCopper acted as the Principal’s Representative in the administration and management of the Agreement for Lease between AMPOL and the developer including Base Building amendments. The project incorporated the option of progressing with an integrated fit out with the incumbent Base Building Contractor or a Non-Integrated fit out engaging with the market via a competitive tender. The project progressed via a Non-integrated Fit Out as this provided the most value in terms of time and cost for AMPOL. In addition, MostynCopper managed key stakeholder and design engagement, secured approval pathways, undertook cost plan and programme management as well as managing specialist consultants.
