Ground floor lobby, End-of-Trip Facility and On-Floor Refurbishment (incl Lobby and Bathrooms). The works were planned and implemented in response to surrounding developments and tenant vacancies to ensure the asset remained relevant in the competitive B-Grade Asset market.

The works included direct interface with the building occupants including the staging of the Ground Floor Lobby and EOTF to minimise the disruption to the tenants. The staging included the relocation of key amenity (i.e Café, Change Facilities etc) and reallocation of onfloor facilities to accommodate the occupiers during the downtime of the works. The onfloor refurbishments included speculative fit-outs and tenancy split works to support the leasing strategy of the asset.
