
255 George Street Asset Repositioning
MostynCopper was engaged to provide project management and superintendent services for the repositioning of the asset at 255 George Street which came about following a major tenancy change. The project was characterised by the re-cycling of high-end finishes throughout the building and the development of multiple shared meeting spaces to accommodate evolving work patterns and office use trends.
The initial construction phase of the build was impacted by the uncertainty of the global pandemic and a change in asset ownership, with the final project delivering the refurbishment of 16 floors, central plant upgrades, Ground Plane repositioning and upgraded End of Trip facilities. This phase was completed in late 2022 with on-going engagement managing individual floor and suite upgrades aligned with tenancies changes.
