MostynCopper were engaged as Project Managers on behalf of Charter Hall to assist with the repositioning of the 2 Market Street asset to align with the lease obligations agreed with an incoming tenant (circa 22,000 sqm). The repositioning works included: End of Trip extension and refurbishment, Ground Floor lobby augmentation and refurbishment; inc. flexible works spaces and café tenancy, new business centre and amphitheatre area, onfloor refurbishment works; including terrace works and extension of floor plates through the atrium link bridges, along with service upgrade works and ACP replacement.
