The team at MostynCopper is thrilled to be appointed by Felix Capital to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services for the new Crowne Plaza Maroochydore on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Located at 15–19 Ocean Street, Maroochydore, the mixed-use development will deliver a landmark 180-key hotel alongside premium residential apartments, restaurant and bar offerings, function spaces, and a health and wellness precinct – redefining the coastal hospitality experience for the region.

Designed by DBI Architects, this next-generation destination will celebrate the Sunshine Coast’s lifestyle through its architecture, amenity and connection to place. MostynCopper’s appointment will see our team lead all aspects of project delivery through to completion.
