MostynCopper was engaged to manage the Contractor procurement and delivery phases of the Sydney Adventist Hospital’s Clinical Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) AS4187 compliance upgrade. The upgrade was successfully managed and delivered within a live hospital environment, whilst maintaining the full functionality of the existing CSSD.
