At Lurnea, this included the delivery of the new 2 storey Block X including 9 GLAs, refurbishments to GLA Blocks C, D and F, refurbishment of the Hall and Administration Building (including a new commercial kitchen and canteen), and upgrades to key site infrastructure.

In addition, the Lurnea project included significant upgrades within the chapel, including fire services and protection upgrades, demonstrating experience in managing works within sensitive and occupies spaces.
