MostynCopper was appointed by Marprop and Futuro Capital, to manage the comprehensive refurbishment of 300 Flinders Street, Melbourne. This project included a full building services upgrade; modernising the ground-floor retail facade, lobby, and retail arcade; introducing new end-of-trip facilities and enhancing on-floor amenities and lifts. The fitting out of spec suites rounded off the team’s involvement.
