MostynCopper are currently appointed by Tresillian as Project Manager to deliver an expansion of their existing facility in Wollstonecraft and as Development Manager to manage the divestment of their Willoughby site to fund the Wollstonecraft project. Tresillian Wollstonecraft involves the development of a new 5 story facility which will offer a range of health services for early parenting including childcare, day stay services, parenting programs, group based educational sessions and outreach services. Specifically, the project entails cut and fill earth works, construction of a new 5 story health facility, lower ground level car parking extension and widening of the existing driveway, heritage alteration works and site landscaping.
