MostynCopper partnered with Tresillian as Project Manager and Superintendent on the expansion of their existing Wollstonecraft facility and as Development Manager to facilitate the divestment of Tresillian’s Willoughby site, enabling the funding of the Wollstonecraft expansion. The expanded Wollstonecraft services were delivered adjacent to a live operational facility which included the extension and widening of an existing driveway, heritage alteration works and site landscaping. The project was completed in March 2024. The new facility includes 14 residential suites with ensuites and adjoining baby and parent sleeping areas, double rooms for larger families and disability access rooms, dedicated child play areas, day stay services and recreational areas for parent education.
