MostynCopper is currently working with our long-term project partner, Australian Turf Club to further enhance patron facilities at their flagship racing venue, Royal Randwick Racecourse.

This project has MostynCopper managing the design, development and construction of a hotel to add to the overall Royal Randwick Racecourse Precinct Masterplan. MostynCopper has guided the project through the State Design Review Panel process and the State Significant Development Application has now been approved by the Department of Planning. The 4.5 Star, $160M Hotel is spread over seven levels and includes guest accommodation, bars, restaurants, gym and pool, conference facilities and underground parking.
