MostynCopper has been engaged by Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC) to manage various components of their large-scale masterplan development at Castle Hill in Sydney’s Hills District.
Individual components of the overall masterplan are at various stages of design development and approval and the current proposal presents as a diverse, mixed-use development which incorporates retail, commercial, hotels, built to rent and housing, the bulk of which is organised around an integrated, centrally located park.
