Link Wentworth and Homes NSW have partnered to deliver the Punchbowl Social Housing project, comprising 114 new affordable housing apartments across an eight-storey residential building, including basement parking, communal spaces and associated public domain works. MostynCopper is engaged to provide Project Management and Superintendent Services, delivering end-to-end oversight across project initiation, consultant procurement, design management, authority approvals (SSD), tender documentation, head contractor procurement, contract administration, construction delivery and post-completion activities.
