MostynCopper has been engaged by Parramatta Eels NRL to manage the full project life cycle Project Management and Superintendent services for the development of a Centre of Excellence and Community Grandstand facility at Kellyville in Sydney’s north-west.  The Community Centre will provide training and match day facilities for community sport as well as NRLW whilst the Centre of Excellence will accommodate the Men’s and Women’s NRL teams and pathway development programmes.

As the future home for the PNRL high performance team, football operations and administrative support, the new development will include NRLW standard match day and training facilities, a medical facility for athlete recovery, gymnasium, aquatic recovery pools, 40–50-person capacity theatrette, 100-person capacity auditorium with AV/FFE and acoustics, community facilities and administration spaces.

At completion, an independent Environmental audit will be conducted to ensure compliance with SSD consent conditions.  Construction of the facility commenced in January 2024.
