MostynCopper has managed the design and build of several childcare centres for Orchard Early Learning Centres with scope including design finalisation and approval, new builds, civil works, site remediation, asset repurposing and refurbishment. Design considerations included complimenting the natural streetscape of surrounding residential buildings. All projects required significant value engineering to meet the client’s budget whilst maintaining the design intent and functionality. The Centres, located in Kirrawee, Forestville, St Ives and Gladesville now cater to over 350 children.
