MostynCopper is currently working with Oaktree Retirement Villages to deliver in excess of 300 vertical Independent Living units and villas across multiple sites in NSW. Working closely with Oak Tree Group, MostynCopper has been engaged to Project Manage the engagement of specialist consultants, design management, authority approval process including securing the appropriate pathway, Head Contractor Procurement, cost plan management, programme management and management of the overall Project Life Cycle.
