MostynCopper were appointed by the Australian Turf Club to secure planning approval through Department of Planning for the new Multi-Deck Car Park, New Race Day Stalls and associated facilities at Royal Randwick Racecourse. MostynCopper managed the entire project life-cycle from project initiation, planning, procurement, delivery, and commissioning on a Heritage Conservation site. The project was delivered in a highly complex live environment, with the Royal Randwick spectator precinct required to be “race day ready” every second weekend, whilst ATC non-race day Events were required to remain operational and functional at all times. The $40 development was delivered in time and on budget.
