MostynCopper were engaged by Western Sydney AMU to project manage the Design & Delivery phases for a new library building and refurbishment of the existing administration building. The project scope included Design and build of a dedicated, purpose built and innovative library building, catering for new and future advancements in technology and learning environments. Designing to the guidelines of SINSW’s Cooler Classrooms Policy, with focus towards providing thermal comfort and indoor air quality. Design and management in accordance with Blue Mountains City Council, FRNSW and bushfire requirements. Construction in a live school environment, with regular school consultation and disruption notice process in place. Improving accessibility and connection across the site and Administration of the GC21 Contract, with the Contractor engaged under a Design & Construct agreement.
