MostynCopper was engaged to provide project management and superintendency services in the development of this major new facility in Sydney’s east. The project is a joint venture between the University of NSW (UNSW) and the Randwick Local Health District and is located within the Randwick Health and Innovation Precinct. The project scope covers the development of ten (10) floors within an existing building to provide dedicated UNSW research and education spaces including Laboratories enabling Clinical Research and Innovation, Data Visualisation and PC2 & PC3, Clinical Prototyping and sample preparation. The project was completed in October 2024.
