Mostyn Copper was engaged by Sydney Catholic Schools to lead the development approvals, design and construction phases for a refurbished administration building and GLA block at Holy Spirit Catholic College.

Project scope included the extensive refurbishment of existing facilities requiring complex staging and temporary accommodation to ensure the school could continue to operate effectively.

Mostyn Copper delivered the following project life-cycle services to Sydney Catholic Schools including an overall masterplan for several properties; concept, schematic and detailed design; authority approvals; head contractor procurement and construction delivery.
