Working as Project Manager and Superintendent, on behalf of our client Arkadia, MostynCopper managed the transformation of the food and beverage offering at the Manly Pacific Hotel into the Cibaria Restaurant. The restaurant which seats 140 diners, features strong Mediterranean architectural identity, asymmetric arches to the ceiling, open theatre kitchen, display woodfire pizza oven – powered by a live charcoal cooking system, and popular gelateria.
