MostynCopper has been engaged by Parramatta Eels NRL to manage the full project life cycle as the Project Manager and Superintendent services for the development of a state-of-the-art Centre of Excellence and Community Facility at Kellyville Memorial Park in Sydney’s north-west. These new elite facilities provide our client with facilities built to support the Parramatta Eels athletes, staff and community for generations to come, with the new facilities providing the foundations for high-performance training, a connection to the wider community, inclusion and opportunity in Sydney’s West.

The Centre of Excellence facility provides the Parramatta Eels NRL staff and players with a high-performance training, administration and pathways facility for current and future players in both Men’s NRL and Woman’s NRLW and pathway programs. The new Centre of Excellence provides facilities for:

• High-performance gymnasium
• Rehabilitation facilities, including aquatic recovery
• Lecture theatre and high-spec meeting rooms
• Player education and players’ lounge
• Administration offices
• Male and female dedicated changerooms
• Staff and player balconies and End of Trip facilities
• Café/Kiosk, retail store for public

The Community Centre provides the local community and public with the following amenities:

• 1500-seat spectator Grandstand for the community
• Dedicated change rooms for the Men’s and Woman’s teams and pathway programs
• Change rooms for the referees
• Coaches’ boxes and TV boxes for game day events
• Café/Kiosk and future provisions for retail space
• Community gymnasium and for use by the Eels pathway programs
• Concourse terrace space for public use
• Multipurpose Function space, with AV and bar facility
• End of Trip facilities

The project reached successful completion in April 2025, on time and on budget.
