Aged Care & Independent Living – The Cumberland Country Golf Club Project

MostynCopper has been engaged to project the expansive Cumberland Country Golf Club Project which will see the enabling works for the reconfiguration of the existing 18-hole golf course, the construction of a 3-storey clubhouse, 226 independent living units, wellness facilities, a 220-vehicle car park and up to 72 aged care beds (subject to planning).

Planning for the $125m project is underway.
