MostynCopper is currently working with our long-term project partner, Australian Turf Club, to further enhance patron facilities at their flagship facing venue, Royal Randwick Racecourse. As part of the overall Royal Randwick Racecourse Precinct Masterplan, MostynCopper is managing the design, development and construction of a 4.5-star hotel spread across seven levels, featuring guest accommodation, bars, restaurants, a gym and pool, conference facilities, and underground parking. The project, valued at approximately $160 million, has been guided through the State Design Review Panel process, with the State Significant Development Application approved by the Department of Planning.
