MostynCopper was appointed to manage Healius’ Office Relocation Project to 161 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. Partnering with Bates Smart, the project considered the adaptive re-use of the existing ANZ fit out across two floors with a newly constructed central stair designed to facilitate greater visibility and collaboration between teams.

MostynCopper was responsible for HOA/AFL Negotiations and Management, Consultant Procurement, Concept Design, Detailed Design and Tender Documentation Design Management, Head Contractor EOI, Tender, Assessment and Award, major Works Contract Negotiation, Project Briefing and Workplace Strategy Coordination, Change Management and Relocation Management and Superintendent Services.
