MostynCopper was engaged to transform the building’s arrival experience by delivering a modern, vibrant, and inclusive environment for both tenants and visitors. The project comprised a complete refurbishment of the main foyer and lift lobby areas, together with the fit-out of a new ground-floor café and outdoor dining area. The project was successfully delivered while maintaining the operation of the existing café and ensuring uninterrupted access and functionality for the occupied building.
