MostynCopper was engaged for Project Management and Superintendecy services for the Asset Reposition, predicated by the moving of the major tenant. Scope of this project included the refurbishment of entry lobbies, ground plane, commercial floorplates and end of trip facilities. Internal works were completed concurrently with services upgrades and rooftop terrace refurbishment.
