Monica excels in her strengths of stakeholder management, project negotiation, change management and planning and construction programming to achieve successful and bespoke solutions to complex challenges. Monica has a great reputation and proven track record in delivering project outcomes across the private and public sector, especially navigating challenges of delivery within ‘live environments’.

Monica holds a Master of Project and Enterprise Management and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
