The works for 65 Berry Street, North Sydney were planned and implemented in response to surrounding developments and tenant vacancies to ensure the asset remained relevant in the competitive B-Grade Asset market.
The scope of work included Ground Floor Lobby, End-of-Trip Facility and On-Floor Refurbishment (inc. Lobby & Bathrooms).
The works included direct interface with the building occupants including the staging of the Ground Floor Lobby and EOTF to minimise the disruption to the tenants. The staging included the relocation of key amenities (i.e. Café, Change Facilities etc) and of on-floor facilities to accommodate the occupiers during the downtime of the works.
The on-floor refurbishments included speculative fit-outs and tenancy split works to support the leasing strategy of the asset.
