MostynCopper were engaged by Schneider Electric as Project managers for their new flagship offices at Macquarie Park. The project brief was to firstly secure a strong negotiated position on the Agreement for Lease (AFL) on behalf of Schneider for the 7,500sqm over 5 floors in the new Goodman Development, and secondly to plan, design and deliver a “next generation fit out” at the cutting edge of workplace environments. The project was delivered on budget and on time in October 2020.
